Walter Leonard Boushell Jr., 77, of Manchester, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at home.

Born May 6, 1936, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Walter Leonard Sr. and Mildred Morrisette Law. He was the husband of Jeannette Frances Dellinger Boushell, his wife of 34 years.

Prior to retirement, he had been employed as a salesman for Arundel Cooling and Heating.

He was a member of Hampstead Baptist Church. He was an avid fan of the Colts, Orioles and Ravens.

Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law Leonard and Pam Boushell, of Reisterstown, and Brian and Donna Boushell, of Glen Burnie; daughter and son-in-law Linda and Dave Dawson, of Pasadena; stepchildren and spouses Jesse and Mary Wilson, of Brooklyn, Jeanie and Keith Cornelius, of Glen Burnie, and Dawn and Patrick Stonko, of Manchester; a sister, Patricia Breig, of Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was predeceased by a sister, Rosemary Buckingham.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead.

A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with his pastor, the Rev. Chris Brammer, officiating. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
