Wayne Douglas Kelley "Mr. Wayne", 72 of Hanover, PA entered the eternal grace of God on December 11, 2015. Wayne was born and raised in Owings Mills, MD by his father Bertram Kelley and mother Genevieve Kelley. He is survived by his loving wife Sharon Kathryn Stocksdale Kelley from Hampstead MD, of over 50 years, and his children. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1966 Wayne spent over 35 years of his career as a Manufacturing Engineer in the South East region of the US. He worked for Black and Decker for almost 30 years. He later earned a Master's Degree from East Carolina University in Education. He also worked at Westminster Emergency Veterinary Hospital in MD for a short time during his retirement. Wayne enjoyed reading, WW II and military history, bird watching, pet sitting, talking to his grandchildren, taking on too many handyman projects, helping his neighbors, teaching conversational English and citizenship classes to his students, and spending time with his family. In addition to his beloved wife, Wayne is survived by two sons: Michael Lee Kelley and his wife Debra Ann of Birmingham, Alabama, and Douglas Allan Kelley and his wife Lori of Aspers, PA; grandson, Christopher Michael Kelley, and his wife Snejana of Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England; granddaughter, Sarah Kelley Kolehmainen and her husband Eetu, of Aiken SC; brother, Dale Kelley and his wife Christine of Pylesville, MD; great aunt,: Edith Nuse of Hanover, PA; three nieces: Joyce Kelley, Jennifer Stocksdale, Allison, baby Jaxie, and her husband Jason Strunka; nephew, Damon Kelley and his wife Erin; cousins: Sharon Chilcoat and her family Clay, Wade, and Marianne Chilcoat. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, December 18th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Eline Funeral Home in Hampstead, followed by a celebration of Wayne's life at 12:00pm. Inurnment will be at St Paul's Cemetery in Arcadia. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Carroll County Humane Society. Online condolences may be left at www.elinefh.com
