William Bruce "Bill" Hughes, 77, of Westminster, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born Oct. 20, 1934, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late James Robert Hughes and Anna Estelle Bock Hughes.

Before retiring, he worked as a computer analyst. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was a member of the VFW Molleville Farm Post No. 467, American Legion Carroll Post No. 31, Moose Lodge No. 1381, Elks Lodge No. 2277, and the Littlestown Eagles.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law Lisa M. Kuzel and William, of Binghamton, N.Y.; son and daughter-in-law Robert K. Hughes and Nikki, of Binghamton; and grandchildren Gina Kuzel and Robert J. Hughes.

Services and inurnment will be held at a later date at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services in Westminster.
