William H. "Bill" Green, 59, of Manchester, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born February 15, 1955 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Phyllis Lavinda Zepp Green and David Daniel Green. He was the husband of Balinda Virginia Green, his wife of 35 years. He was employed in the family business; Green Pallet Co. He was a member and deacon of Deer Park Bible Church and enjoyed coin collecting. He loved the Lord, his wife and children. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son William Thomas Green and companion Gabrielle Stearn of Manchester, a daughter Juliana Szczepanik and husband Nathan of Beijing, China, brothers and sisters-in-law David L. and Anna Green, Ronald L. and Brenda Green, Michael D. and Wanda Green, Richard A. and Patti Green, John L. and Terri Green, Randolph E. and Colleen Green, James A. and Malisa Green and Thomas H. and Nadine Green, sisters and brothers-in-law Phyllis A. and Neal Smith, Ethel C. and Tom Muller and Carolyn J. and Alan Conaway. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Cantville officiating. Interment will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Deer Park Bible Church, 1950 Deer Park Rd., Finksburg, MD 21048.
