57, of Hampstead, passed away Tuesday morning, February 14, 2017, at Carroll Hospice Dove House, Westminster MD. Born July 4, 1959, in Hanover, PA. He was the son of the late Charles C. Graham and Janice L. Richards Graham. He was the husband of Barbara Rebecca Galford-Graham, his wife of 22 years. He was a Stone and Marble Finisher with Local 1 DC, MD & VA. He was a member of the American Legion Post 200. He enjoyed crabbing with his brother Chuck on the bay and fishing with his friends and working on his Thunderbird in the garage with Corey. The yearly trip to Crisfield was something he always looked forward to with his family. Surviving, in addition to his wife is his step son Ryan P. Unglesbee and wife Kimberly, grandchildren Allie, Kiernan, Harleigh and Colbie June and siblings Charles Jr. and Lori Goodhart and husband Michael and nieces, nephews and great niece Georgia. He was predeceased by Donna Dupel his sister. Per his wishes, there will be no viewing or service. His body was donated to Anatomy Board of Maryland for medical study and research. There will be a celebration of life at the annual 4th of July party being held at the home of his parents. Memorial contributions may be sent to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster MD 21157. Billy came in with a Bang and left us on the day of Love. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
