A 2006 graduate of South Western High School, Zack was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, a member of the Hanover Dart League, and a member of the McSherrystown Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #720. He enjoyed DJing at local places around town, singing karaoke, bowling, and playing cards and video games with his friends. Zack was a loved son, terrific brother, and a wonderful father. He fiercely loved his little girls more than anything in the world and he always lived his life to the fullest. In addition to his mother and step-father, survivors include his wife, Jessica Hooper; two beautiful daughters, Hailey and Zoey Rodkey, all of Hanover; two brothers, Darren Grimes and his significant other, Alisha Ellison, of Spring Grove and Russell Raver of Hanover; a step-sister, Amanda Altland and her husband, Scott Altland II, of Thomasville; maternal grandparents Paul Rodkey Jr. and Phyllis Rodkey of Union Bridge, MD; his best friends, Jed Warner of Hanover, Brad Wineholt of Houston, TX, and Jason Slagle and his wife, Chelsey, of Hanover; and many more cousins and friends that made a significant impact on Zack throughout his life. A funeral will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Hanover First Church of God, 600 Fairview Drive, Hanover with Pastor Luke Ball officiating.
