Wow! Just thought this would never happen. What a friend. What a father. He will be missed. He will live in our hearts and minds. Words can not adequately describe this loss to the family and especially Alice. All the love in the world goes out to the family.

I love you brother . I feel very fortunate to have called you my brother and friend. Your kindness, undeniable love for your family, your unwavering support for the Colts, Orioles , and Ravens..... and your incredible sense of timing with humour will always be with us . I thank you for being so kind to me as a younger brother. You were my baseball idle growing up as I watched you pitch at 6th street field on the big diamond. I still remember vividly waiting for your calls at night to us at home from the American Legion Regionals when you played for Dewey Lowman Post 109. Your curve ball broke more bats and hitters hearts then any I have ever seen ! As your obituary reads so beautifully, you had an incredible gift for story telling and I know that would make Mom so proud because she too could tell a good story. Out of all the things you could say about a person, I believe the greatest thing that can be said is that he or she always made you feel better every time you were around them. You clearly made me always feel better and I know you did for so many others. The center of your universe was Alice and I know you adored her and I know she adored you as well. There was never a prouder husband or father than you and I can add Grandfather to that as well. I will miss you everyday the rest of my life . Thank you for being the kind of brother everyone wishes they had ! My Love, Joe
