Emma Jean Grider of Liberty passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016 at the Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tenn. She was 65.
Born Nov. 25, 1950 in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late George and Oma Crew Wilson.
Emma was a Kentucky Colonel and she loved auctions. Emma worked in the florist industry for more than 30 years in Casey County.  She adored her grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Garry Grider of Liberty; two daughters, Candrea (and Rob) Wilson of Stanford and Loretta Lynn of Hustonville; five grandchildren; Ashley Hogue, Ethan Whited, Emily Lou Grider, and Justin and Cody Lynn; and a sister, Clara Justice of Stanford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Grider Jr., who passed away Feb. 5, 2014; and a son, Timothy George Grider.
Funeral services were Feb. 15 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Edwards officiating.  Burial was at Oak Grove Contown Cemetery.
