Patrick H. Carigan of Anderson Township, Ohio died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was 89. He was born in Liberty on Oct. 7, 1923. He was First Chief of Construction Operation for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ohio River Division and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis S. (Soriano) Carigan; the devoted father of Kimberly (and Kevin) Burney, William E. III (and Laurie) and Kelly Carigan; the dear grandfather of Nick, Cassie, Carmen, Grace, Erin and Patrick II; the brother of James, the late Joan and William Carigan Jr. and Gertrude Webb. Liturgy of the Word was at St. John Fisher Church on Nov. 24. Memorials may be made to St. John Fisher Church or Hospice of Cincinnati. T.P. White and Sons Funeral Home serving the family.
