Paul Edward Baldock of Liberty passed away Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014 at the Casey County Hospital. He was 75. Born June 21, 1939 in Casey County, he was the son of the late William B. and Lucille Garrett Baldock. He was a member of the Rheber 206 Pentecostal Church. He was a former deputy sheriff, city police officer, constable and gate distributor. Survivors include four sons, Gary (and Carmoletta) Baldock of Somerset, Larry (and Tracy) Baldock of Liberty, Greg Baldock of Liberty and Tim (and Rhonda) Baldock of Morgantown; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Hollis Baldock of Liberty; and a sister, Louise Goode of Liberty. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Baldock; and a grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 29) at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Karnes and Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Pallbearers will be Jerry Coffman, Chad Weddle, Randy Dial, Dr. Housam Haddad, Billy Goode and J.R. Singleton. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad, Brad, Ryan and Jordan Baldock, Matt Oakes, Danny Miller, Hershel Price and members of the Casey County Sheriff's Department and Liberty Police Department.
