David Keith Robb January 3, 1947 March 14, 2018 David Keith Robb, 71, of Howard, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. Keith was born on January 3, 1947, in Derry, a son of the late Walter and Helen Stiffler Robb. He grew up in Latrobe. He married the love of his life, Susan Schaeffer, in 1967, while they were both still in college. They would go on to spend over 50 years together. She survives at their home. They were blessed with three children, Tavia Robb, of Miami, Fla., Jordan Keith Robb, of Pine Grove Mills, and Kaelen Mason Robb, of Lemont. Keith had served as pastor at the St. John United Methodist Church in Howard and the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church in Wingate after serving at St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Bethesda, Md. He would later work for the CMI Veterinary Clinic in Howard, Jersey Shore Hospital, and Soldiers and Sailors Hospital/ Laurel Health System in Wellsboro. He also taught science at the Episcopal Academy near Philadelphia. He was also a camp counselor. As an undergraduate at Grove City College, he was named Man of the Year. He also graduated from Wesley Theological Seminary. Keith brought light to everyone he met. He loved to laugh. He had a true joy and ebullience about him, and a sense of wonder about the world. He loved meeting and talking with people, and he saw good in everyone. He was incredibly active and industrious. He enjoyed nature, woodworking, gardening, golfing, reading, and connecting with people. Upon retiring, he and Susan began camping and he loved spending time enjoying nature and all of its wonders, together with their dogs, friends, and family. He also took great pleasure in entertaining at his home. Above all, he loved being a husband and father. The family will hold private services. Online condolences may be made at www.kader-neff.com.
