He is survived by the love and light of his life, Jessica Watkins; two deeply loved children, Sierra and Sidney Watkins; his sisters Charmaine Watkins and Teresa Watkins; two brothers, Thomas Watkins, Jr. and Michael and Elizabeth C. Watkins, as well as many extended family members. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018, from 5-7 p.m. at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home in Milesburg.
