Hallard Anthony Rossman January 22, 1945 May 14, 2018 Hallard Anthony Rossman, of Spring Mills, passed away on May 14, 2018, due to a short fight against cancer. He was the son of the late Lester and Emma Rossman. He was born January 22, 1945. He graduated from Penns Valley Area High School. He married Jean Waite and had two children. He was a great father and a good man. He loved children, camping, hunting, bowling and horses. He had a talent for math, music and laughter. He was survived by his son Chris Rossman and wife Barb; daughter Candy Shawley; Jean Brickley (former wife and mother of his children); grandchildren Ben Higgins, Eva Hodgdon, Corbin, Caleb and Grace Rossman, Ashley, Alyssa and Brittany Shawley; four great grandchildren; sisters Faye Swartz, Ruth Schreckengast, Dorothy Whitehill; and by his very good friends, Jane Manley, Jeff Manley and Jennifer Bair. He was predeceased by his parents; siblings Lester Rossman, Jr., Dean Rossman, Jacque Rossman, Emma Lou Bressler, Priscilla Hall and Sally Emel; and also by his beloved dog Shadow. A celebration of life service will be held for family and friends on a future date yet to be determined.
