Jim, you will truly be missed, I remember all those phone conversations we had. You where always so positive and always had a word of wisdom regardless of what situation you where facing. I know you are smiling and laughing again and maybe even eating a big steak and letting us know you are at peace. You are now with Rosemarie which puts us all peace, and Peter will definitely stop for a peaceful conversation. Jim I know we will meet again, till then we will keep you in our hearts. Still can't believe that he is gone. I am going to miss all the hunting and fishing trips and treasure all the memories you had blessed me with. Thanks for making my childhood one big adventure after another. I will miss you but will see you on the dove hunting pond on the other side.

Some time has passed and miss you more every day. Our phone conversations when we both got laughing about our discussions and giggled like school children. It was so much fun. Every once in a while I listen to your voice on my cell phone from messages you left just to be near you. Love you always.

I worked with Jim at the Naco, Arizona Port of Entry, Customs & Border Protection. He was a man of superb integrity, and was a joy to work with. I had the opportunity to visit Jim in Bonneau in July 2012. We kept in touch every 2-3 months via phone. He will be missed!! My condolences to the family and may God bless his soul.

Jim, I'll miss you so very much - more than you'll ever know. I'll never forget all of our time together in AZ, our trips with Rosemarie to the mountains, Tucson, Vegas, Laughlin, fishing, all of your visits to my condo there and mine to your house. You and Rosemarie will always be dear and warm in my heart. I will love you always.

I will miss you JR. You and I had some very good conversations recently and I only regret we didn't get to go on our fishing trip together. I know you would have loved it. I also regret not knowing you very well. You were a friend and a family member. I told you a couple of years ago, when you came down here, that you became a member of our family, so get used to it! We had a few good times together with the family and I will always cherish it. I will miss you very much.

We'll miss you so much, big brother. I'll cherish the memories of you, and what a sensitive man you were, even though your Sgt. Major toughness came out at times. You will be missed by all of your family, and it will take lots of time for our hearts to heal and to think of you without sadness in our hearts. The sadness is for us, because your passing left a hole in our lives. I'll miss hearing you say "hello, youngun" when I'd call you. What I'm so thankful for is the opportunity we had to sit with you, talk with you, help in taking care of you for a little while...and say "good-by" to you. I love you, Jim. I'm so glad you're with Rosie now...she'll take care of you for us. No more hospital masks...you're free now, big brother.

Jim will be greatly missed by his sisters and brothers, children and grandchildren. So glad we had the opportunity to visit with him before his passing. He was my younger brother and I remember him meeting Rosemarie at our bus stop on the way to school. We all rode the school bus together. I love him dearly and will miss his easy laughter and generous heart. He is at peace now.

I miss you, daddy. I still expect your calls or you popping up at the house, or our "discussions" on who was gonna pay for breakfast when we went out on the spur of the moment. I know you and mama are safe and sound now: no worries or pain or sickness, just surrounded in love and warmth and all those you loved and lost before you. I did my best to care for you...I know it will never be enough but I tried, dad...I really tried. I love you and I miss you so much.

Ecclesiastes Chapter 3

"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace."
