Wow !!!Mr. Cathcart it's been a long time since I've seen you since the 5th grade. All I can say is that I'm very saddened by the fact that you are gone, but you were the best teacher I've had. You've always took education very seriously and I thank you for being very hard on me to succeed. You will be missed.

The Cathcart Family,
We will cherish all the memories of Mr. Cathcart from teaching at Ornage Grove. He taught my son and nephew and we will never forget him. Sending your family lots of love and hugs. Praying that our Lord and Savior will strengthen you all during this difficult time.

I miss my friend barging into my office to save a student. I miss my friend whose students
constantly spoke of him as the best. I miss my friend with the contagious smile and silly personality. I miss my friend who would spend so much time with me trying to figure out how to help a student in need and/ or a student whose feelings were hurt.
I just miss my friend.
I love that his amazing wife, Kaylynn, is teaching with us at The Grove. I love that Marlee and Kayleigh are still with us at The Grove and we can find you within them.. I love that you coached and molded so many young minds.
I love you Todd Cathcart ...

As we are saddened by this great lost, I know he's no longer in pain and having a blast teaching and playing soccer in Heaven. Todd was such a special man and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him and his sweet family! He loved his family and his sweet girls so very much. He loved OG and he loved teaching soccer. I remember when we started the application process for OG and he walked me through each step of the way, constantly reassuring me that we'd get in. He was right and he was so excited when my son, in kindergarten now, was officially accepted!! I sure am going to miss his smiling face and all his great stories! We will continue to pray for his sweet family and please let me know if you need anything!

Thank you for inspiring us!
Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Mark and I were clueless first time parents, we didn't know anything about Orange Grove, Club Soccer, etc. You encouraged us to get educated on the great option available for our child, and you "checked in" with us to see if we had done our homework, again, and again... ;) You were always right! We listened to you and are so better off because of your genuine care & concern for us. You did this time & time again. Always hugging, smiling, honest, loyal, blunt and direct,- all great characteristics.
Thank you for loving our child and believing in him!
CJ adores you and always will! He had a dream about you last night, he said everywhere he was you were there, I told him he is very lucky to have such a dream. CJ said, "I guess that is Mr. Todd's way of telling me he will always be around, watching over me." What an awesome feeling! Couldn't ask for a better guardian!!
We love you. Thank you Todd!

Mr. Cathcart was my fifth grade teacher in 2011 at Orange Grove. He was always so kind and understanding. I am so sad to see him go, but I will remember everything he taught me. I am so grateful to have been his student. My condolences to his family. He's in a better place now.
