In loving memory of a wonderful person. Even though you left the UK all those years ago you were always part of the Garnham girls lives. Godmother to all three.

Although I never met your mom personally, I felt as if I knew her. I was saddened to hear of her passing. My sister Catherine, spoke very highly of her. I send my condolences and prayers during your time of bereavement.

Dear Mark, Fiona, Philip and family, It is with shock and sadness that I read Jackie's obituary. I have so many wonderful memories of her and Bill and our days at St Mark's in the early 1960's. Merrill certainly did, too, and I'm sure they're rejoicing in renewing their deep friendships in the land of pure delight. I wish I could be with you today to honor Jackie and celebrate her life, but please know that I'm with you in spirit and prayers. In the midst of your sadness and grief may you feel the presence, comfort and peace of the Good Lord. With deepest sympathy and love,
Joyce Miller

I was drawn to her out going manner and her smile.
I loved chatting with her after church services.
She was one of the few people who called me by my given name (Genevieve). I did not know she was in library work.
That could have led to some interesting discussions.
I'm glad I had my Sunday School children make thinking of you cards a few months ago. I heard it really brightened her day. She sure brightened my days.
It was a pleasure to have her as a church friend.
Deepest condolences to her family.

I was so fortunate to know this special, spunky lady... even if only for a short time. I will remember her fondly and always with a smile. I am so sorry for your loss and hope you find comfort in the wonderful memories she provided to so many. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dance on, Jackie, dance on! ❤

Jackie looked after us in our London vicarage home when i!was a child. She was such a special person and I have so many memories of the joy she brought into our lives. Her singing was so special, her sense of humour and her love. I felt honoured that she named her daughter after me and I was so glad that we managed to see her last summer in the US visiting from our home in England.

So sorry for your loss, Fiona. I remember your mother with fondness when I used to live at Long Creek. I always thought she was so pleasant and how cool it was that she was British. It was always fun, too, to go over to play at your house. My condolences, Clara Barnes Link
