James Dino Hensley, 61, of the Paw Creek community of Charlotte, NC, passed away suddenly, Sunday, the 8th of July 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center - Lincolnton. He was born the 17th of November 1956 in Fort Knox, KY. Dino, as he was affectionately known, was a Master plumber with P. C. Godfrey, Inc. for 24 years and most recently with Precision Plumbing. He loved his family and his friends with his motorcycle riding group the Mechanized Calvary. The Hensley family will gather from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, Saturday, the 14th of July 2018 at Ellington Funeral Services to remember and pay respects to Dino. He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Hensley; his son, John Hensley both of Iron Station, NC; his daughter, Denise Gazaway of Arizona; Father and stepmother, Dale and Bonnie Dowell of Belmont, NC; one brother, Ronald Hensley and wife, Tara Williams of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Pam Gwinn and husband, Art of Jefferson, NC; He was preceded in death by his mother, Emmie June Dowell and a sister, Tina Beckham.
