I had the pleasure of working with Millicent, aka.Mitchell Harris, as Stovepipe, a resident there, a fella about 68maybe 90 lbs. soaking wet called her. This was back in the 1980s. When she made her rounds in the mornings, Stovepipe would sayMitchell Im ready to go! and she would reply,Im working on it,and he would say, Thats not good enough, youre fired! Millicent would reply, You fired me yesterday. Stovepipe would say, I mean it this time! Go by and get your paycheck, youre out of here! I hope Mitchell got to see Stovepipe on her way to heaven and he got to thank her for the quality care she gave not only him , but everyone whose life she touched! She was truly an angel on earth so she should fit right in heaven above! Rest In Peace Mitchell Harris!!
