Elaine Wayne, age 95; Beloved wife and best friend of the late Harry Wayne; cherished mother of Corinne (Willie) Engelhart, Marlene (Dr. Laren) Garfield, Martin (Ann) Wayne, and the late E. Miriam (survived by Mark) Bromberg; loving "Baube" of Coby (Aliza) Engelhart, Jen Garfield (Jared Glanz-Berger), Shira (Daniel) Margol, Jared Garfield, Avi (Aviva) Engelhart, Merrick Wayne, Marissa Wayne, Maxx Wayne, Joseph Bromberg, Lena Bromberg, Mitchell Wayne, and great-grandchildren Shelhevet, Leora, Nessa, Hadassah, Yehuda, Dahlia, Micah, Aaron Tzvi, Ezra, Hannah, Orly, and Sidney; devoted daughter of the late Max and Jennie. As the matriarch of the family, Elaine was a positive and influential role model and left a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and compassion. Together with her husband Harry, they co-founded Wayne Engineering and worked side by side for over 40 years while remaining resolutely devoted to their loving family. A private family graveside funeral will be held Friday at 11 AM. The funeral can be viewed on Elaine's webpage at www.mitzvahfunerals.com live, or any time after the service.
