I am very sorry to hear about Erika's passing. I met Erika while interviewing for Callaway almost 5 years ago. It ended up being an extended process and we had some really fun conversations during the course of those 4 months. I remember one particularly funny
episode towards the conclusion of the process where she told me that I was still in the running and I said "so you're saying there's a chance". Her chucklling reaction during what was quite an intense time was priceless and I' ll remember it forever. When I was ultimately fortunate enough to get the position, I remember her call like it was yesterday, perhaps because I kept the voicemail saved for over a year. I knew instantly that the news was good by the lilt in her voice. I enjoyed running into her everyday at work and sharing a smile over our experiences. She had a great car with a cool flower hanging from the mirror. She is missed by all that knew her. My condolences to the whole family and all of her friends.

Am so sorry to hear about Erika's passing. My sympathy to her family. Erika was one of the first girls I met in the dorm at Beloit College in the fall of 1972. She was a delightful, caring, smart person. I feel lucky to have known her.

I am extraordinarily sad to hear of Erika's passing. My heart and prayers go out to her family members. I was a Beloit College classmate of hers and for a time, very close to her. We shared a mutual interest in all things related to Germany, and for a time, took several classes together. Erika and I had a chance after many years to catch up with each other in San Diego in early 2012 when she was getting through her treatments and had seemingly won her battle with cancer. And then a relapse. We didn't have a chance to meet a second time. I am truly saddened to learn of her passing just now and hope she is in a better place. Goodbye Erika. Love, Michael

My deepest sympathies to all in Erika's family. I spent many days sitting near or next to Erika in fourth through eighth grade at St. Mary's School, and always admired how hard she worked; how thoughtful she was. Life takes us on very different journeys. I hope Erika's was personally fulfilling and happy. May she rest in peace.
