Jeremy Hansen-Ghisolf Obituary

Jeremy Wolf Hansen-Ghisolf, age 39, passed away unexpectedly enjoying his passion of bicycling on the trails July 10, 2014. Beloved son of Michele Hansen. Devoted brother of Derek Robb Hansen. Survived by his grandmother and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeremy loved living life to the fullest. His life celebration will be held Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave. Chicago, IL 60630. Jeremy donated his organs to help save many lives. Michele, Derek and other family members. I only got to know Jeremy at the viewing through his friends and family. From what I saw and heard he brought a lot of joy and hope into everyone's lives even those he didn't personally know. My heartfelt condolences to you all.
