Howard Siggers Obituary
Siggers, Howard Was born February 15, 1941 in Carthage, MS, to James "Jim" and Letha Siggers. He made his transition to be with the Lord on August 10, 2014. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a former member of Family Christian Center in Griffith, Indiana. He founded Word Works Ministry with his wife in 1999. He was honorably discharged from the US Army on August 11, 1970. He worked at US Steel Mill for over 30 years up to his retirement. He was always wearing a smile and most spoken of his kindness and generosity. He not only was a fisherman of men for Christ, he was also an avid and awesome fisherman. He loved bowling, joking and fellowshipping with his church family, neighbors and many friends. Preceded in death by wife, Jacquenette Siggers; son, Fred Siggers; brother, James Lee Siggers Jr.; sister, Rosie Lee Siggers. He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Tanya (Michael) Gray of Milwaukee, WI and Kenya (Sean Moon) Siggers of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Jim (Minnie) of Cleveland, OH, William "Bill" Siggers of Lorain, OH and Johnny Siggers of Jonesboro, AR; two sisters, Mary Siggers of Gary and Dorothy Siggers Hogan of Lepanto, AR; five grandchildren, Desiree' Siggers, Jay and Sean Moon Jr., all of Atlanta, GA, Mikayla and Michael Gray, both of Milwaukee, WI; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services Friday, August 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Family Christian Center. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
