I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Regina Fraser. I did not know her personally, but felt her vibrant spirit come through on Grannies on Safari.
I just so happen to turn my channel a few months ago to the RLTV station and found this program.
I was excited to see a show like this with some diversity. I am not retirement age, but I work in healthcare and enjoy watching this channel. Today, while watching Grannies on Safari (program-Lima, Peru), I was prompted to go to the web site for additional information in the program, and I was sadden to see the notice that Regina had passed away in May.
May God bless you and family

Hello Family and Friends of Regina Fraser:

An article appeared in the Obituary stating that a memorial service would be held in Los Angeles on June 25th. No location or time. Interested attendees were directed to an email address; however, that address is not valid. If anyone has information concerning the service in Los Angeles and a contact person, please give that info here and contact me. A lot of Regina's friends form Dorsey High School in L.A. would be interested. Thanks.

Watching the "Grannies on Safari" show yesterday, and saw the memoriam of Regina Fraser at the end of the program. My heart sank. What a beautiful spirit she was. Her love of life and adventure, so came through the TV screen. Being a traveling grannie too...I always looked forward to watching these two fabulous ladies have fun together. I'll bet Regina is up-there (right now) exploring, LOL, and having a great time! WOW, this world will certainly miss Ms. Regina S. Fraser. Enjoy your new adventure Regina, we sure enjoyed having you here girl! Peace to the entire Fraser family.

Regina and I met in 1978 with United Airlines in Washington,D.C. Our careers intertwined for several decades. In the early 80s' I introduced Regina to Tom Fraser ,an introduction that lasted for over 30 years and two centuries. Kudos to the Frasers'! To say I will miss you is an understatement. May peace be with the Fraser family. Your friend on this earth and when we meet again in our eternal peace. Rick Grob

Regina, our loss is heaven's gain. Your smile could light up a room. When we worked together at ORDSW, you always made me laugh. And then you found that great seamstress that Ann Herbeck, you and I spent mucho dollars to dress us...you always had the best taste. I remember you telling us that you would hide things you purchased in the basement so Tom wouldn't know...then when you wore the outfit and Tom would say he hadn't seen it before....you would smile and say you had it for a long time! Tom, hope this isn't news for you.My prayers are with Tom and all the family members. May the wonderful memories of Regina keep you moving forward.

I was scrolling through Facebook and saw this ad, and am in a state of shock! I went to High School with Regina and Rex (Dorsey High, Los Angeles) and had recently been in touch with Regina to try and get her to come to L.A. for a reunion. I am saddened beyond words. Regina was so full of life and adventure, and creativity. 'Still finding it so hard to believe.

On behalf of the Bureau of Consular Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, please accept our condolences on the passing of Regina Fraser. Regina had many friends and fans within the State Department. We are grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her on several occasions, at travel shows and in a video broadcast. Regina did a tremendous public service by sharing information about travel preparation and safety. She did so with a warmth and humor that made her beloved by many. She also left an impressive legacy through her work supporting women and girls overseas.

As a Granny myself and great fan of the Grannies on Safari television show, I identified with Regina and Pat in a way not possible on other travel shows, and felt a part of their adventures and mutual affection and teasing banter. I am grieving deeply for the loss of my friend, whom I never met in this life, but hope to get to know in the next world. I miss you, Regina, and in prayer surround you with God's love and protection.

Regina was a mentor to so many, and an inspiration to all she met. Our paths crossed when I was working in ORDSW as an Inflight Product Representative. It was clear that Regina had talents that far exceeded UAL and it didn't take her long to expand her wings. We are all so proud of what she has done with her life. She is one of few who can sincerely say, she lived every minute of it. I will miss our chats on Facebook. We never did have that Girls' Weekend Reunion with other friends from UAL, but I am sure that we will have that chance at a later date. Condolences to all the family and friends who loved this woman so dearly.

Regina warmed her hands by the fire of life. We may ask why she had to die, but we will never ask why she lived. She gave love to her family and friends and her life was a contribution to all who knew her. I will miss her presence in this world and in my life. She made me laugh and smile and I loved the nickname she gave me...."Patty Cake." She was a soul with depth and love. Goodbye for now dear friend. We'll meet another day. Save a place in heaven for me.

What a great loss for all who knew and loved Regina. To know her was to love her and enjoy her great spirit and enthusiasm. I met Regina at a time in my life when I was deciding how to continue my travels after my husband died. I first joined the Grannies in India, in Egypt for an experience of a lifetime, in Cuba, and sorely missed them both on the South African trip. Regina always made me feel most comfortable and welcome. She will always be held dearly in my heart.
