Beloved husband of Lynn (nee Straus); dear father of Melissa (Zig Ziegler) Muller, Muller Davis Jr, and Joeff (Kely Leiser) Davis; caring stepfather of Wendy (Bill Smee) Jacobson and Peter (Whitney Scott) Jacobson; proud grandfather of Westley Smith, Skyler Joy, Riel Bellow, Asha Davis, Lulu Davis, and Lilah Davis and step-grandfather of Matthew Smee, Adam Smee, and Manny Jacobson. Funeral service Friday, 11 AM, at Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Pl, Chicago. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services, www.metrofamily.org, or the Lewy Body Dementia Association, www.lbda.org. The Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services mourns your loss with you. We are forever grateful for the decades of service Muller generously gave to the Legal Aid Society as a member of its Board of Directors, his great heart, commitment, incomparable expertise in family law and his willingness to always pitch in. Each year, he helped ensure hundreds if not thousands of our most vulnerable and downtrodden received critical legal services.
True to character, we see Mueller is still dedicated and pitching in to advance our mission. A bright light has gone out but lives inside those whose lives he changed. We mourn this great loss with you.
