Jack and I send our condolences to Jackie and family. We are saddened by David's passing and hope you know what a special man he was. He was courageous, honorable, and a man who was always in search of the truth. Thank you for sharing him with other like-minded seekers of truth and justice.

Dave was a great person, friend and attorney, especially in the pursuit of justice and pro bono assistance for the "little guys" of this world. In 2005, he joined Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, George Mikan, John McLendon and Rev. John Smyth in receiving our inaugural A-E-O Meyer-Harte Award given to giving and caring persons of integrity and character who demonstrated courage in overcoming adversity while excelling and succeeding in life.It also was a good definition of Dave's life.
