Hyman "Harvey" Stepen, 84, beloved husband & soul mate of the late Barbara, nee Kaufman, for 45 wonderful years; devoted & loving father of Rob (Daphna), David & Susie (Mitch) Garman; proud & adored grandfather of Noah, Becky, Madison, Benjamin, Samantha, Brody & Harper; cherished brother of Ceil (Eddie) Goldstein, Dorothy (the late Seymour) Goldman, Rivian (the late Dr. Charles) Minkoff, Joseph (Muriel) & the late Irving; treasured son of the late Albert & Ida; dear relative & friend of countless others. Harvey was a dedicated family man & a consummate gentleman. Chapel service Friday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
