Mary Wilby Obituary

MARY MELVIN WILBY Mary Melvin Wilby was born on August 26th 1946 in New York City and died at home on Monday August 19th in Corning, California. Mary was known for her bright smile and intelligence. She worked for over 20 years in the California University system-administering, writing, and overseeing grants. She had many friends who will miss her. She is survived by her sisters, Sydnei Wilby-Wold, and Frances Wilby (Lon Griffith), her brother, Joe Wilby (Rosy Wilby), and her nieces and nephews, Dennis and Brian Wold, Jason and Jeffrey Wilby, Jessica Swain and Jonathan Griffith. Donations in her memory can be made to PAWS. Private services will be held by the family.
