KATHLEEN D. RUNGE-SCHROER
Kathleen D. Runge-Schroer passed away on July 11, 2010. She was born on January 7, 1928 to Newt and Beulah Hitch Deck.
She is predeceased by her first husband, Gus Runge in 1963.
She is survived by her husband, John Schroer of Chico; sons, Robert G. (Deana Bowes), Curtis (Pam) and Edward (Melissa) Runge; one daughter, Diane (Hurshel) Runge Hodge; grandchildren, Robert D. (Megan Kennedy), Megan K. (Ryan Burt), C.J. (Tiffany) and Courtney Runge, Gus "Runge" (Angela) Wilkins and Eddie Joe Runge (Chelsy) Green, Lisa Hodge and Leslie Hodge Kobbe (Steve); great-grandchildren, Payton Aiello and Mia Runge, Mariah, Vance and Olivia Wilkins, Jenna Green-Scott, Anthony Hodge and Austin McIlrath, Tyler, Dyllan, Kylie and Payton Kobbe, and numerous nieces and nephews; stepchildren, James (Tray) Schroer, Mary (Bob) Poulin, Heidi (Mike) Hovey and Patricia (Randy) Jones; step-granchildren, Marissa (Rahul) Vaish, Dane (Kristy) Gregory, Lindsay Poulin, Melanie Gregory, Jake Jones, Nathan Jones and Calvin Jones.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, July 16, 2010 from 7-8 p.m. at F.D. Sweet & Son Mortuary in Willows.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. at F.D. Sweet & Son Morturary in Willows followed by a Burial in the German Cemetery in Artois, CA.

Katy was so full of life, i remember her
so fondly from our school days in Willows, her laugh would light up the class room. My deepest sympathy to all her beloved family.
