Cheri Bullock passed away peacefully on February 24, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Chico on May 18, 1948 at Enloe Hospital. Cheri was raised in Chico; she attended Rosedale Elementary, Chico Junior High and graduated from Chico High School in 1966.

She was a dear friend to many people and had friends all over the world. During her lifetime she lived in Hawaii, Alaska and Montana. While living in Alaska, she was a missionary for the Victory Bible Camp, and also served as a cook.

Her deep belief in God gave her the strength to face many trials in life. She suffered with cancer for the past five years courageously. Her example as a true Christian will never be forgotten by those who knew and loved her.

Cheri is survived by her loving husband, Randy Bullock; her sons, Joshua and Thaddeus Greene; daughter-in-law, Alejandra; grandson, Brandon; former husband, Bob Greene; her parents, Earl and Helen Gilbertson; and sisters, Janet Clark, Carol Quiring and Lori Brock.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Enloe Hospice for their wonderful staff and the professional and loving care given to Cheri during the last six months of her life.

A memorial service to celebrate Cheri's life will be held at Butte Bible Fellowship, 2255 Pillsbury Rd. in Chico on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
