Ellen was a beautiful soul. She always had a smile on her face and was a joy to talk to. She showed me kindness, love and friendship. I will miss her.

I didn't know Ellen, but my heart goes out to her family. My mother lost everything in the #campfire and I felt compelled to do something for those no longer with us. I wrote this name poem especially for Ellen:
E: Is for Elegant, so full of grace,
L: Is for Lovely, you have a beautiful face.
L: Is for Lon, your husband & soul mate,
E: is for Enthusiastic, you found everything in life great,
N: Is for Native, you're originally from St. Helena's state.
For someone I never knew - Rest in Peace, Ellen!
