EUGENE FRANCIS (FRANK) JARSCHKE Eugene Francis (Frank) Jarschke Born March 9th, 1917 in Manitoba, Canada. He was the youngest child of Johan Jarschke and Mary Missler Jarschke. He immigrated to California at the age of seven years. He graduated from Ripon High School. Joining the Marine Corps in February of 1942 he was assigned to the Nightfighter Squadron in Bouganville as an aircraft mechanic and sharpshooter. He returned home and later married June Bernice Bryant in 1947. Frank and June are survived by their children; Mary Jarschke, Eugene (Gene) Jarschke, Michael Jarschke, Kathleen Jarschke-Schultze, Tamra Hutchings and Kim Nguyen. Frank is also survived by his grandchildren; Matthew Sculuca, James Sculuca, Jenna Jarschke Bailey, Derek Jarschke, Gavin Jarschke, Viet Nguyen, Nam Nguyen, David Nguyen, Patricia Nguyen and his great grandchildren; Elisa Juarez Sculuca, Ethan Sculuca, James Bailey, Shea Bailey and Jackson Sculuca. Frank was a welder, mechanic, a philosopher and musician. His sense of humor and kindness towards everyone was exceeded only by his generosity. He was a beloved father, a humble, kind and honorable man. Internment will be at Tulocay Cemetery in Napa, Ca. Private services will be held by the family.
