Phillip David Erpino Obituary
PHILLIP DAVID ERPINO Phillip Erpino passed peacefully in his sleep December 22 with his wife, Sharon, by his side. "Feather River Phil" was born April 20, 1941, in Schenectady, New York. He graduated from high school in Harbor Creek, Pennsylvania. Phil worked with large manufacturing companies in Ohio and Pennsylvania in the electric motor field. While visiting his brother in Chico, Phil met Sharon C. White and they were married in 1994 in Avon, Ohio where they resided until relo-cating to Sacramento and later to Chico to be closer to family. In 2001, Phil started Feather River Electric Motors which he suc-cessfully operated despite health challenges right up until his passing. He was also a talented photographer, wood-worker and inveterate putterer. He grilled a mean steak and his collection of grills and barbecues was truly impressive. There will be a large empty space at future family gatherings. Uncle Phil is survived by his wife Sharon, brother Michael Erpino and his children Michael Jr. (Wendy), Ann Erpino, Susan Raven and her daughter Lily, as well as Sharon's children Shelley White-Krigbaum, Leslie Ferguson and Tyson White. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Jesus Center. Services will be held at a later date.
