Obituary Condolences


Sean C. Olson was born on Oct. 29, 1970 in Chico, Calif. He graduated from Chico High School in 1988. Sean was an avid outdoorsman, skilled in both fishing and hunting. His career started at his family's business, "Chico Sportsmen's Den." Sean later attended Butte College, eventually becoming a certified paramedic, working for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yuba City and SRMC in Redding. Sean's love for the outdoors eventually led him to Montrose, Colo. to partner with his father as a professional hunting guide.

Sean is survived by his loving parents, Clifford Olson of Montrose, Colo. and Rebecca Olson of Redding, Calif.; his three sisters, Lori Hatton of Redding, Calif. Sarah Henri of Montrose, Colo., Stephanie Richardson of Tulsa, Okla.; his grandmother, Betty Olson of Paradise, Calif; his niece, Megan Olson; his nephews, Mitchell Olson, Mason Hatton, Dominick Richardson, Chandler Henri; and his brothers in-law, Casey Hatton, Chad Henri, and Benny Richardson.

A viewing will be held at Allen and Dahl Funeral Chapel, 2655 Eureka Way, Redding, CA. Friday, October 3, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Church services will be held at Neighborhood Church in Redding, Calif. on Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
