Jimmy and Jessica--my heart goes out to both of you. I lost a child at the age of 3 1/2 and it's impossible to figure out how these things could happen. Just know that God had a plan for Phenix and now he's in Heaven with my baby girl. Cherish every moment you had with him and be thankful for the blessing of every day he was in your lives. Life will never be the same, but it will be richer because Phenix was in it.

Jessie,

You were fortunate to have a beautiful child who is now with the lord in Heaven. You were blessed to have him on earth if even for a short time. A memory is a keepsake of time that lives forever in the heart. May your treasured memories bring solace during this time of loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
With Sympathy,

Cindy

Jess,
I've read this guest book so many times, trying to find the words to say to you. Being a mother myself with a child the age of Phenix I cannot imagine the grief you are going through.. My heart aches for you and your family..I'm sure you know that God will lead you through this but please know everyday I will be thinking of you and praying for the pain to subside. I never had the pleasure of meeting Phenix, but knowing that he came from you let me know what type of little boy he was. You were so blessed with a handsome, fun, energetic little boy and I know he will be with you always. Please take care of yourself...

Love always,
Amy Bernabe (Van Huss)

My daughter was in your little boys class at Victory. I did not know your little boy but when we got the letter my heart sank. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and just remember that God has a plan. Your little boy is looking down at you today and smiling at his "mommy and daddy". I will be praying for your family to get through this terrible tragedy.
