Jeffrey Skinner

CHILLICOTHE: Jeffrey Skinner, 52, of Chillicothe, died Thursday, January 31, 2013, unexpectedly, at his home.

He was born March 20, 1960 in Chillicothe to William E. Skinner and Anna Scott Ashbrook.

Survivors include his mother, of Chillicothe; a brother, William B. Skinner, of Waverly; and a sister-in-law, Lynn.

He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Adam; his father; and a sister, Vickie A. Skinner.

Jeff attended CHS and served in the US Navy from 1982 to 1987.

Entombment services will be scheduled at a later date in Grandview Cemetery. Calling hours will not be observed.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
