Teresa J. McCloskey

CHILLICOTHE: Teresa J. McCloskey, 56, of Chillicothe, died 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus following an extended illness.

She was born July 2, 1958, in Chillicothe, to the late Charles E. and Geneva M. Porter McCloskey.

Surviving are sons, Garrett Meachem and Ian McCloskey, both of Chillicothe; husband, Terry Meachem; brothers, Charles (Carolyn) McCloskey and Gary McCloskey; sisters, Rhonda (Gary) Honaker, Shelly Reynolds, Julie (Tracy) Shoemaker and Kelly (Lowell) Blevins, all of Chillicothe; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Mark McCloskey and a brother-in-law, Rusty Reynolds.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2014 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Sam Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ware Funeral Home 121 West Second Street Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

I was in the hospital last December and Terri was one of my nurses. I remember her being very sick herself that day, but âgé stayed her entire shift to take care of me and other patients. That is true compassion and dedication. I dont know her family, but I appreciated her care, and wish you peace and strength to get through this loss. MRS.Candace Mattison
