Carla Jean Hayes

Carla Jean Hayes age 59, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed November 13, 2019. As were her wishes, no funeral service will be held but the family will receive friends on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Braymer United Methodist Church in Braymer, Missouri.

Carla was born September 9, 1960 to David and Barbara (Anderson) Allen. On May 4, 1991 she was united in marriage to her true soul mate, Glenn Hayes who survives of the home. Carla worked at Midwest Glove for 35 years, was a member of the Braymer Methodist Church. Carla was a country girl at heart who loved her horses and the outdoors. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend who would do anything in her power to help those in need or who were going through hard times.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn Hayes of the home; mother, Barbara Allen of Dawn, Missouri; three daughters, Wendy Engberg and husband Chris of Brookfield, Missouri, Rebecca Alexander of New Cambria, Missouri, Samantha Campbell of Chillicothe, Missouri and one son, Sam Hayes of Kankakee, Illinois; eight grandchildren, Andrew (Courtney) Alexander of Wheeling, Missouri, Michael Alexander, Blake, Cayden and Addison Engberg, all of Brookfield, Missouri, Tylar Burns of Utica, Missouri, Triggar Harper of Lathrop, Missouri and Skylie Harper of New Cambria, Missouri; one brother, Larry Allen of Kidder, Missouri; and two sisters, Juanita (Mitch) Sykes of Dawn, Missouri, and Juan Allen of Braymer, Missouri along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.
