Maurice Nazarec Obituary

Maurice Nazarec, age 85 years, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011. Born on August 29th, 1925 in Komarovka, Ukraine, he was raised in Thunder Bay and was employed as a truck driver. Maurice is survived by 2 children Larry Nazarec and Tammy Eckman (Darrell), 3 grandchildren Cassandra, Jessica and Brandon, and brother Stan Nazarec (Evelyn). He was predeceased by his wife Anna after being married for 56 years, his brothers Max, Peter and Louie. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held at the Italian Cultural Centre on Saturday, January 8th at 1 pm. On line condolencesmay be made through www.nwfainc.com "
