Audrey Henderson Obituary

Audrey Clare Henderson (nee Seed) passed away peacefully on December 2, 2005, following a short illness, with her family at her side, in St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Fort William on April 28th 1918, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Aileen Seed. She was pre-deceased by her husband Robert Earl Henderson in 1973 and her nephew Bruce Seed Jr. in 1993. Audrey is survived by one daughter, Lynne Henderson and four sons, Robert (Margaret), Donald (Joyce) of Oakville, Richard, and John (Susan); her grandchildren Robert (Angela) of South Carolina, Marnie (Paul) Colosimo; Brett, Jillian (Jesse) and Greg of Oakville; Stephanie (Dan) of Brantford, Paul (Lisa) of Waterdown, Carolyn (Ty) Shattuck of Burlington, Matthew (Natalie) of Mississauga; Michelle (Isaac) Tavares and Jim (Dana) Harper; and Amanda Henderson and her mother Shelley McFarlane. She will also be fondly remembered by Elfie Henderson and her son Glenn and Suzanne Henderson. Also surviving are her great-grandchildren Ashten and Cole; Brendan, Justin and Ethan; Jacob, Jeffery and Haley; Cassandra and Alexander; and Taya; her brother Bruce (Lillian) Seed, niece Barbara, nephew Colin, great nephew Tyler and great niece Amanda. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church on Brodie Street on Thursday December 8th 2005 at 11:00 am. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made to St. Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay Hospital Site - 63 Carrie Street Thunder Bay, Ontario P7A 4J2."
