Mary Ann Devlin

1932 - 2013

Mary Ann Devlin, 81, of Crystal River, Fla., passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at HPH Hospice Care Center in Lecanto. She was born April 21, 1932, in Fremont, Ohio to Paul and Dorothy (Nieman) Hunsinger. She came to Crystal River 12 years ago from Fremont. She was a homemaker with many interests. She was an avid sports fan, a bridge player and she enjoyed reading and her Poodle Beau.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Sally and Jayne. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Art Devlin of Crystal River; two sons, Peter Devlin of Philadelphia, Pa., and Paul Devlin (Michele) of Lynn, Mass.; one daughter, Gervaise Brown (John) of Stow, Mass.; a sister, Nance Hammer (Don) of Cartersville, Ga.; five grandchildren, Eliott, Olivia, Owen, Sarah and Elissa.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at St. Benedict's Catholic Church (Chapel) in Crystal River, with Father Ryszard Stradomski as celebrant. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m., at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, under the direction of Strickland Funeral Home Crystal River.
