Samuel C. Dunn
Asheville, NC - Samuel C. Dunn, age 84, passed away January 2, 2019 in Asheville, North Carolina. He graduated from Franklin High School and was married to Marjorie (Mallicoat) Dunn. Sam was active in the Franklin community serving as City Council Member and Mayor. The family later moved to northern Cincinnati.
Sam began his 45-year career at AK Steel as a crane operator. In his last position he managed 2 maintenance departments, 175 mechanics, and was responsible for 9,400 pieces of motive equipment. The Dunn's retired to the Cashiers, North Carolinaarea.
Sam Dunn is survived by his wife, Marjorie, his children, Amy, Joni and Brian Dunn, and his brother, Paul Dunn. They hadseven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services: Saturday, January 19th Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin, OH 45005. Service 11-11:30 a.m. followed by Life Celebration until 2:30 p.m.
