Mary Ann. Beloved daughter of the late Thomas F. and Mary B. Costello. Loving sister of the late Thomas (Patricia) Costello, Sr. Devoted aunt to Thomas (Emmy Verdis) Costello, Timothy (Debbie) Costello, Kevin (Nancy) Costello, Michael (Linda) Costello, and Mary (Noel) Haberek. Adored great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the age of 81. Mary Ann retired from Good Samaritan Hospital after 47 years of service. Visitation will be held Monday, November 19, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service 10:00 a.m. at the Saint James of the Valley Catholic Church, 411 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45215. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Institution Advancement College of Mount St. Joseph 5701 Delhi Road, Cincinnati, OH 45233. my heart goes out to all of you. i had a stroke in may and am now in assisted living in Ohio. have dialysis 3 times/week so i won't be able to pay my respects but i will be thinking of you.
