As a long ago friend, I recall Betty as a wonderful person whom I felt privileged to have known. She is now with the other angels. Deepest sympathy to John and her children.

I am so sorry. I knew Betty since the early 1970's -- in fact, I can remember when she and John started dating. We reconnected when Erica and our daughter played club and high school soccer on different teams. Betty was one of the very nicest people I have ever known. My deepest sympathy.

So many people are feeling the loss of your caring, creativity, love, intelligence, compassion, and overall helpfulness and humor that you so easily shared with everyone you met. We are all blessed and better people for the part you played in our lives. Thank you, Betty. You can now share who you are with all the other angels...
