Batavia - beloved husband of Barbara (nee Burton), loving father of Robert (Elizabeth) Monroe, devoted grandfather of Sammy, Hannah, David and Jonathan, dear brother of George, Jim, John and Frank "Bud", and the late Joe Monroe and Susan Hastings. Thurs. Sept. 13, 2018, age 75, resident of Batavia. Services 11AM Sat. Sept. 15th with visitation from 9AM until the time of service at the Evans Funeral Home - Milford.
