Robert W. Jr., Born September 30, 1921, Cincinnati, OH, died January 10, 2015 at the age of 93. Loving husband of Dorothy (Whitten) Meyer for over 69 years (married in San Francisco, CA Nov. 3, 1945). Devoted father of Robert A. (Mary) Meyer, Linda (Ray) Laub, Denny (Debbie) Meyer, Michael (Janice) Meyer and Thomas (Nancy) Meyer. Loving grandfather of Robert J. (Jaime) Meyer, Rebecca (Chris) Noble, Jennifer (Bill) Dodds, Kristen (Nathan) Stewart, Steven (Ashlee) Laub, Courtney (David) Tenbosch, Brittany and Kevin Meyer, Beth (Todd) Niemeyer, Dan Meyer, Nicole (John) Matheny and Kimberly (Nathan) Hall. Great grandfather of 18. Dear brother of James Meyer and Jean (Ray) Mills. Preceded in death by parents Robert W. Meyer Sr. and Antoinette (Regg) Meyer. Served in the US Marine Corps during WWII. General Motors Corp. 1949-1984. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Thursday (January 15) from 5-7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Church, 2900 W. Galbraith Rd. on Friday (January 16) at 10:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to St. Ann Church or Hospice of Cincinnati, Inc., P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. The summers will never be the same without seeing him on the porch waving whenever he saw me. I will miss him. May the love he had for his family help you through this difficult time. Love and prayers to Dottie and the whole Meyer family.
