Carl V. of Blanchester, OH. Loving husband of 25 years to Kathy (Pendygraft) Ottaway. Dear father of Tracy (Palmer) Addison, Maryann (Phil) Turner and the late Missy Koch. Proud grandfather of P.J., Kathleen and Rachael. Beloved brother of Ed, Ray, Mick, Eileen Miller, Doris Grome and Norene Smith. Went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2011 at the age of 70. Memorial services will be held on Monday January 31, 2011 at 11 A.M. at the First Baptist Church of Blanchester, 304 W. Center St. Blanchester, OH 45107.
