Evelyn B. (nee Barnes), beloved wife of the late Paul R. Assmann. Loving mother of Jerry and Jeff (Kathy) Asman. Devoted grandmother of Troy (Holly), Julie (Zip Brock), Adam (Chrisha) and the late Sara Asman and great grandmother of Jordan, Kailey, Reagan, Noah, Wyatt, Brayden, Chace and Parker and the late Peyton Asman. Dear sister of Joyce (Nolan) Scott and aunt of David and Jimmy Scott. Passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2012, at 95 years of age. Visitation MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road on Saturday from 10:00AM until time of Memorial Funeral Service at 12Noon. Jerry, Jeff & Family,
We have great memories of you and your family from our years at Westwood-Cheviot Church of Christ - the dinners at your home, especially with the Mr. & Mrs. Class. One early evening while there, there was quite a storm and, afterward, the most vivid rainbow I can recall; which reminds us of the promises of God that are always comforting in times like these. Just wanted you to know we remember Evy & Paul and you with warm thoughts and pray you may experience the joy of the Lord, even in this time of grief.
