Brother you didn't win the war, but you gave cancer a good fight. You went down standing your ground. Every now and then a guy born to wear the uniform comes along. You were one of them. Gods speed and watch over Heaven now.

To the entire DeWitt family I want to extend my deepest sympathy. He was such a kind, caring, smart man and all the outpouring of sympathy from so many people is a great tribute to him and the man he was. There are not too many people that you meet in your life who makes you feel so good just to know him. His loss leaves a very large hole in many many hearts. Many tears to be shed but he is at peace and painfree and we will all know that he is waiting for us to protect us and show us the way when we meet him again. God bless you all.
