- - Victoria, beloved daughter of Florence and the late Victor Paul Blackwell; loving sister of Carol (Mike) Kosla and Michael (Vickie) Blackwell; dear aunt of Stephen, Hannah, Michael, Nicklaus, and Talor. Passed away on May 2, 2018 at age 56. Visitation will be at St. Rose Catholic Church, 2501 Riverside Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45202 on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 9:30 AM til time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
