Charlotte Ann, (nee Ingram), Wife of the late Oscar L. Carter, beloved mother of Terry (Rainie) Carter of Goshen, OH and Tim (Lynne) Carter of Williamsburg, OH. Dear grandmother of Scott (Crystal) Reusch, Mark (Brandy) Reusch, Geoffrey (Cassie) Carter and Chelsea (Jacob) Wilson and great-grandmother of Dagan, Axia Jai "A.J.", Karis & Tony Reusch and Jack Wilson. Dear sister of Mary (Mitch) Spencer and Gene (Sue) Ingram. Passed Thursday, January 30, 2014 at age 81 years. Resident of Wayne Township. Friends may call at the First Baptist Church, 5213 State Route 132, Batavia (Owensville), OH 45103, on Thursday, February 6th. from 11:00 A.M. until time for funeral services at 1:00 P.M. Memorials, if so desired, may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Please send special condolences for the family to www.evansfuneralhome.com

The Dozier family and Hill's daughter , peg grosser,
would like to say how shocked we were to hear of
Charlotte's sudden death. No one had any idea that something like this could happen. She was seeming to be in good health , having heard this from her co-workers.
If my father could,he would be there. Age is catching up to
him and it is difficult to go out with him and even more
so in the weather with the ice and snow.
He and Marjorie send their condolences to her family and to all her many friends who were lucky to know her.
